1. Agreement To These Terms
These draft terms govern access to and use of the Predictiv Apps website. By using the site, you agree to the final terms in effect when you use it; if you do not agree, do not use the site.
2. Website And Services
The site describes custom operations software and provides a way for businesses to request a discovery conversation. Site content and a discovery call do not create a client relationship, guarantee project acceptance, or replace a signed proposal, statement of work, subscription agreement, or other client contract.
3. Business Use And Submitted Information
You represent that information submitted through the site is accurate, that you are authorized to provide it, and that your use is for lawful business purposes. Do not submit sensitive personal information, regulated data, credentials, or confidential client records through the discovery form unless Predictiv Apps has expressly provided an approved method.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape or copy content through automated means except as permitted by law, impersonate another person or business, or use the site to violate another party's rights.
5. Intellectual Property
The site, brand elements, text, graphics, software, and other materials are owned by Predictiv Apps or their respective licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No ownership rights are transferred by allowing access to the site, and any permitted use is limited to evaluating Predictiv Apps' services.
6. Feedback
If you voluntarily provide general feedback about the website or services, Predictiv Apps may use it without restriction or compensation, provided that this does not grant Predictiv Apps ownership of your confidential business data or materials. Client-specific ownership and confidentiality terms belong in the applicable signed agreement.
7. Third-Party Services
The site may rely on or link to third-party hosting, email, analytics, scheduling, or other services. Predictiv Apps does not control third-party terms or practices, and your use of those services may be governed by separate terms and privacy notices.
8. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Predictiv Apps does not warrant that site content is complete, error-free, continuously available, or suitable for a particular operational, legal, accounting, or business decision.
9. Limitation Of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Predictiv Apps should not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use this informational website. Counsel must review this section, set any appropriate liability cap, and confirm required exceptions before these terms become final.
10. Changes, Governing Law, And Contact
